Rose House
Rose House is a 12-unit transitional housing building with fully furnished and stocked micro-suites for a stress-free, turn-key move in experience. The program offers staff support 8 hours per day, 365 days per year. Operating since 2023, 7 women have successfully graduated from the program and moved into independent or a different model of supported housing program in the community. There has been a 100% success rate for those 7 women in maintaining their housing after completing the Rose House program.

Units are offered to women engaged in the Coordinated Access System through a prioritization process based on their length of time unhoused, number of times they have been unhoused, and support needs matching to housing program availability. There is no application process.

Reconnection: Community Integration

Transition: Meeting Folks Where They Are At
Support: Housing Support

Candidates are invited to apply for support through these programs by filling out the documents linked below. Referrals may also be completed and submitted by other service providers in the community.
